Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
  • Sale items: Regular-priced & Sale items are 100% refundable.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items returned after the 30-day window (if accepted at our discretion).

Affiliate Purchases

  • Products purchased through our Amazon affiliate links are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies, and we are not responsible for their handling.

Shipping Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Gifts

  • Items marked as gifts will receive a gift credit upon return.
